We’re on a mission to bring joy to dogs and their humans through playful, high-quality products inspired by Indian culture—while giving back to the streeties who need it most.
Our Purpose
Beyond our products, Desi Paws is built on purpose. A percentage of our profits goes toward helping India’s street dogs- through direct donations, partnerships, and awareness campaigns. Over time, our website will also become a hub for India’s animal welfare ecosystem: a curated directory of shelters, NGOs, adoptable dogs, and ways to get involved.

Our Story
Desi Paws was born from a simple, joyful moment- when my dog, Senna, was napping with his donut plushie. That moment sparked a question in me: Why donuts but not vadas? Why baseball bats instead of cricket bats? After a quick google search, I wondered, why don’t our dogs have toys that reflect our culture?
In the middle of a tough personal chapter, this thought became a source of creative joy. What started as a stress-relieving funny list in my notes app soon became 70+ ideas. That list grew into Desi Paws: a brand built to reflect India’s culture in a way that pet parents and their dogs can touch, play with, and smile about.
Meet Our Chief Dog Officer: Senna
Senna, our Chief Dog Officer, is the heart and soul of Desi Paws. A goofy German Shepherd with boundless energy and a love for life, Senna is our inspiration for creating toys that keeps dogs active, healthy, and happy, while bringing smiles to pet parents’ faces.
Whether he’s testing new materials or enjoying a game of fetch, Senna’s enthusiasm reminds us every day why we do what we do. With Senna’s keen toy-testing skills and unyielding commitment to quality, you can trust that every product from Desi Paws has received his lick of approval.
