Cleaning Instructions
Spot clean with warm water and a mild pet-safe soap. Machine Wash on cold in a laundry bag or pillow case. Use pet safe or no detergent. Hang dry. Do not machine dry.

For dogs only. Always supervise your pet during play to prevent accidental swallowing of fabric, stuffing or strings. Do not leave your dog unattended during play. Inspect the toy regularly for damage. Ripped fabric, loose stuffing, and strings can be choking hazards or lead to gastrointestinal blockage risks. Discard if damaged. Remove all packaging prior to use. Color may transfer to other surfaces.

Returns
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at woof@desipaws.in within 3 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a Rs. 250 restocking fee. Items discounted 20% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
